"My dad is the king of entrepreneurs. You know, pulled himself out of an alcoholic haze at 30 to start a couple of companies, one of which was a computer company in the 80's (upgrading and reselling TRS-80s from Radio Shack) which started in our dining room at home, took over the basement and living room, etc etc etc. (In the bathroom, we had so many boxes of computers being stored we could either take a shower or use the toilet - but not both - because there were computer boxes on one or the other.) A decade later, he sold his company for multiple millions in 1988 and retired to Florida at age 47, never to work another day in his life.
I've always been considered to be the "slacker" of the family (I'm the only cousin in my entire generation who isn't a doctor!) and he and I are so alike that we are always at each other's throats. (Before his latest cancer diagnosis, I saw him maybe once every two or three years even though they live in beautiful Gulf Coast Florida. Not even the beach could make me brave a visit.) Every time I saw or spoke to him, he always had a criticism about how I wasn't offering the right programs at the school or handling my policies well or SOMETHING.
BUT...
He saw my site for the first time yesterday. He spent hours on it. It was the first time in a long, long time that I've heard this kind of approval in his voice: "I'm blown away by your website. You did an absolutely amazing and completely professional job on this site. I can't believe how beautiful it is, and how everything just works so easily. You look like a world-class business..."

So I was able to do part of the work myself-much of the html design--and have them finish "the hard part." They gave me a reasonable price to complete the work I needed, and they were always very professional throughout the process. In trouble-shooting some issues toward the end of the project, they were willing to go back and adjust my files so that my site worked the way I wanted it to. They did everything they said they would do for the agreed-upon price and my site looks great."
