Murray Street USA

Murray Street Vineyards is located on the western edge of the Barossa Valley, South Australia. They are a small Winery with estate vineyards at Gomersal and Greenock. At Gomersal their 90 acres of planted vineyards and a 30 acre bush land preserve with gum trees is the home for a clan of Kangaroos. In the lower elevation at Gomersal, ruins of an abandoned 1866 home site remain amongst the vines.

From its deep terra rosa soil over limestone and slate, the vineyard produces some of the best Shiraz from the region. The recently completed winery at Greenock sits majestically up on the hill looking over the vineyard, a testament to the heritage of early Barossa architecture.
